1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email at support@webvista.studio.
2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Time
We provide international shipping to the following countries and regions. Estimated delivery times (starting from the date of shipment) are as follows:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance processes, local postal efficiency, or force majeure events (e.g., extreme weather, strikes).
3. Shipping Rates

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package through our tracking page or the carrier’s official website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
July is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Special Note for Brazil: According to Brazilian customs regulations, please ensure you provide your correct Tax ID (CPF) at checkout to ensure smooth customs clearance.
6. Damages & Lost Packages
July is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Address Corrections
Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change the shipping address. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process or has been shipped, we cannot change the address.
